If you wish to close your account, you will need to send an email message from the email address you currently use for your user id.  If you no longer have access to that email address, we may require additional verification including sending an email verification to the account email address on file.

If you have a premium account and wish to simply downgrade to a free account, you can send your request, again from the email on file, to customer_service (at) prsafe.com
