ORANGE, Calif., (July 13, 2010) –  OC Baking Company, a wholesale bakery specializing in handcrafted artisan breads, has officially opened for business serving restaurants, caterers, country clubs and hotels in Orange County and its surrounding areas.

“OC Baking Company is dedicated to producing ‘the ultimate in artisan breads’ for its customers that are as unique as the meals with which they are serving,” said Dean Kim, owner and award-winning executive artisan baker. “Artisan breads, like fine wine and cheese, each have their own aromas, taste and structure that impact the overall taste of the food and wine they are served with.”
Kim has been creating artisan breads for close to two decades.  He started his baking career in San Francisco, and then moved to Orange County where he continued to hone his skill. He founded OC Baking Company in order to continue practicing his craft of creating high-quality, handcrafted artisan bread while offering unparalleled customer service.
Many of the staff and bakers at OC Baking Company have been working together for more than a decade and have built a reputation for providing excellent customer service and producing the finest in artisan breads.

OC Baking Company’s handcrafted artisan breads are only available at wholesale to restaurants, caterers, country clubs and hotels.  Kim personally collaborates with the chefs who serve OC Baking Company’s artisan breads to determine which breads will best complement their menus.
